Refund & Returns Policy 

We operate a 14-day return and cancellation policy for eligible physical products and digital event tickets. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item (for physical goods) or purchase confirmation (for digital tickets) to request a return or cancellation, unless otherwise stated or an exception applies.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item (or purchasing your ticket) to request a return or cancellation. To be eligible, physical items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging, and digital event tickets must be unused, not redeemed, and not scanned for entry to the event. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (for physical items) as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, or we will confirm cancellation of your ticket. Items or tickets sent back or considered cancelled without first requesting approval will not be accepted.

Cancellations, Changes, and Event Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if a physical item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, or if there is an issue with your ticket details, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of physical items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. For tickets, certain purchases may be non-refundable, including tickets for events that explicitly state “no refunds” at the time of purchase, tickets for events occurring within the cancellation window where entry is immediate or time-sensitive, promotional or discounted tickets (if stated at purchase), and gift cards or voucher-based purchases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is, for both physical items and tickets, to return the item you have (if eligible) or request cancellation, and once approved, place a separate order for the new item or ticket.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if your physical merchandise or ticketed purchase is being made within or shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. For physical items, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in original packaging. For tickets, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply once the service has been fully performed (for example, once the event date has passed or the ticket has been used), or if you agreed to immediate access at the time of purchase. In all cases, tickets must remain unused and not redeemed.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your physical return or processed your cancellation request for a ticket, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return or refund, please contact us at info@gentwoman.com.

If you wish to change either a physical item or a ticket (for example, a different size, product, date, or seating category), the fastest way is to return or cancel the existing order (if eligible) and place a new purchase for the correct item or ticket.
