We aim to process and deliver both physical products and digital event tickets as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are handled once they are placed.

Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

For physical items, please allow 3 business days for order processing before shipment. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

For digital event tickets, orders are typically processed immediately after purchase. Tickets are delivered electronically via email or made available through your account confirmation page.

Shipping of Physical Items

Once your order has been processed, physical items are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

We offer standard shipping options within the Netherlands and selected international destinations. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:

  • Netherlands: approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • Europe: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • International: approximately 5–14 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or external circumstances beyond our control.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available) once your order has been shipped.

Digital Event Tickets Delivery

All event tickets are delivered digitally. After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing your ticket or instructions on how to access your ticket.

In some cases, tickets may be delivered closer to the event date for security or event management reasons. If this applies, it will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Please ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout, as this is the primary method of ticket delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for physical items are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your order.

Digital event tickets are delivered free of shipping charges.

Delays and Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier disruptions, customs delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping and email details are entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before the order is processed or shipped.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your physical order appears to be lost in transit or has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@gentwoman.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

For digital tickets, if you have not received your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
